Atlantis World Product Update IV
Insights into game art and development progress – January Issue
Hello dear reader, welcome to the third monthly product update for Atlantis World!
We intend to share as much detail as we can about the product and latest happenings, to you, our community. Enjoy!
Art & Design
New color palette for the entire game world so it will soon look brighter and more harmonious.
Updated interiors for partner community spaces in order to standardize them.
Updated 1inch Interior/Atlantis World 2023 Further work on the Atlantean Characters collection art (top secret until mint).
Game & Blockchain Development
In January, our development team payed special effort toward making the user experience smoother and more intuitive. Many more UI/UX improvements on the horizon but for now check out all this progress:
World-specific URLs
Users can now directly go to a “world” aka any place in Atlantis World.
Before this feature was live, users would spawn in the Citadel which was a pretty confusing user experience.

Guest Login
Players can now log in as an unregistered guest.
Guests can choose a custom username or randomly generate a name that will only exist for the time of their session.

Voice / Video Calling
Entering calls no longer requires pressing ‘C’.
As soon as the player walks into the call area, they will join the call.
Speakers can start Broadcast Events from anywhere in the map without needing a stage.
Broadcast Events = video/voice calls where set admins are the only ones who have access to the mic; they can manually choose which users of the audience get access to the mic. For now, only partner community admins have access to this feature.
This will notify every player in the map and they can confirm to quickly join the call.
New players entering the map will also be similarly notified that an event is ongoing and to join.
When players enter a building with an ongoing event, they’ll be prompted to join.
Bench Areas Updates
Bench Areas = video/voice call areas that can be found all over Atlantis World both inside and outside buildings.
Bench Areas will not be functional whilst an event is ongoing in an interior.
Before, users all used the same public zone chat whereas now Bench Areas have their own text chats. Users will be able to swap back and forth between the 2 chats.
